If you choose to purchase the AMI Sport Golf App (our app) then a contract will be formed between you and us once you have received an email confirming receipt of your payment. [This email will come from our payment system (e.g. Stripe) if you purchase the app through our website, or the app vendor (e.g. the Apple app store, Google Play, etc) if purchased through the app vendor.] The terms of that contract are:
1. the provisions of these website terms and conditions; and
2. the provisions of our app terms and conditions, a copy of which can be found at app T&CS.
Upon commencing to download and registration with the app, you will lose your implied right to a 14-day cancellation/withdrawal period, and will be liable for payment of the full subscription fees (as described further in the app terms and conditions).
